Dear Mr President,
Good day sir, I hope you’re fine. I am lucky I have the chance to write a letter to you.
By the way sir, I am Jenina Marie Del Castillo, a fourth year student of Ilocos Sur National High School. I just want to know your plans regarding to our Education. In our school, the main problem is about the lack of books. We don’t have enough books for each student in each subject. There are some books that were destroyed because it is old and because of typhoons. I wish of having new books or references for our library and for us students.
